2022 Adult Volunteer Forum

One day event which provides training opportunities through workshops and sessions for 4-H volunteer leaders, parents and 4-H agents. 

Schedule of Events:

8:30 - 9:00 AM | Registration; Auction/Door Prize Drop Off; Display Set-Up

9:00 - 9:45 AM | Welcome, Get Acquianted Activity, and Guest Speakers 

9:50 - 11:20 AM | Workshops - Session 1 

11:20 AM - Noon | Networking & Energizing

Noon - 1:00 PM | Lunch 

1:00 - 2:30 PM | Workshops - Session 2

2:30 - 2:50 PM | Break 

3:00 - 4:00 PM | Workshops - Session 3 

4:05 - 4:30 PM | Closing

Registration & Fees: Online registration available! Pay with credit card, P-Card, or by mailing your check! Lunch is provided with registration.

  • $40 - Early Registration (Now - Oct. 15)
  • $50 - Late Registration (Oct. 16 - 31)

Deadline: Oct. 31

Refunds: Requests must be received in writing to Cheryl Butterfield at cherylb@nmsu.edu by Oct. 31.
